Dislikes Disabled Vets
I really did like him and when I tried to go back and see him , I was told they do not help disabled Vets or VA patients. Even though he saw me before and diagnosed poly neuropathy he refused to follow up unless I went out and got different Insurance or paid him in cash. So much for respecting service connected disabled Veterans'.

No help at all
Dr. Grant tested me for peripheral neuropathy, and proceeded to literally push me out of his office, preventing me from asking any questions at all about my condition. No treatment given either

Dr Grant was very short. He didn’t speak much or ask questions. He came in, performed some test, and left the room. I felt like a payday for him. Very poor bedside manner.

Dr. Grant was very responsive to all my questions. Part of the diagnostic procedure is uncomfortable. He explained to me why that was, and I am clear he minimized that pain as much as he was able. He got results that explained much of the difficulties I had been having. Very kind. Willing to make sure I understood what was going on. I highly recommend him. Yes some parts of the diagnostic may be painful. But so are lots others. And getting the information resulting from the procedure is valuable; So worth it.

It puzzles me that Dr Grant could not identify nerve damage in my ankle that was caused by surgery performed by another Medford surgeon. He insisted that I had chronic regional pain syndrome, which was incorrect. OHSU discovered d that my peripheral nerve had been severed during that surgery. And nerve tests performed in Portland confirmed nerve damage. Dr Grant could have caused me great harm with his misdiagnosis. So no, I don't trust Dr Grant'so medical judgment.

Uninterested in what I had to say. Only interested in info. sent by Spine Center. Different results given to me, and what was sent to Spine Center. Confusing billing, disparity between myself and a friend who also visited this Dr.

Waited over 30 minutes to be seen then was rushed out the door. Dr. Grant started to leave the exam room immediately after telling me his report would be to my PCP in two days, schedule an appointment with them and my diagnosis. I had to ask him to wait because I had questions. He let me ask one question then left the room. I understand he had a patient before me run late and it threw off his schedule, but that should not mean I get treated poorly and rushed out the door.
