Unprofessional
Scheduled an appointment and when I arrived I was told I didn’t have one. I was also told he wouldn’t treat me and I should go to urgent care. Will never go to this practice.

A Cold Fish
We waited weeks for an appointment with Dr. Friedman for our son's eczema. When Dr. Friedman entered the room, he did not even greet us (the parents), and he showed zero empathy or sympathy for the suffering of our son. He just seemed like he was in a hurry to get out of the room. I tried twice to engage him in some conversation, but I failed.I am not sure about his professionalism because we couldn't get past his rude and cold demeanor.

Dr. Friedman diagnosed my husbands skin cancer, referred him to an excellent doctor for further treatment, with the best results - they got it all. When I needed to see a dermatologist, Dr. Friedman was the one I chose to see, and found him warm, efficient, informative - all the things you would want in a physician. The office is well-run and on top of things. Thank you for the wonderful care!

Called early in the day to verify they took my insurance, then after going in and spending 30 minutes waiting I got an attitude when they realized they were wrong.

I am nearly 70 years old. I have seen maybe 1/2 dozen dermatologists over my lifetime. Not only is Dr. Friedman professional and knowledgeable, his office is run like any other successful business. The staff is on point. Wait time is minimal. You can count on being seen at, or nearly at, the time you were scheduled. Insurance, co-pays and follow-up appointments are all handled seamlessly. Bravo, Dr. Friedman!
