Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

I am very disappointed Dr. Clemens would leave his patients without making sure their needs are being taken care of. When you put your trust in someone and they close their practice abruptly without assisting in the transition , it is very hard on those who just found out a diagnoses , now have to wait again to get help. I hope I can find another Doctor soon. I'm assuming your situation is worse than mine, or you wouldn't close this way!

Was turned away for buprenorphine treatment, even after explaining I would lose my job and not be able to function. At a previous provider I had made the slip-up prior to my appointment and I was not turned away. This office needs to revamp some of their policies because buprenorphine treatment is a serious and much-needed treatment for many people and they shouldn't be turned away for petty reasons. Also the nurse who was assisting me could use some sensitivity training.

I found this doctor to be short-tempered, irritable, and unpleasant. He missed--or just plain ignored--several results on blood tests indicating possible chronic infection. He saw that I was in severe pain and made reference to lifestyle choices as a possible underlying reason. The infection spread before I could see a doctor outside the HMO and be treated. I lost valuable time thus making treatment more complicated. If using this office see Cara Mellor first...competent and understanding.

Dr. Clemens has been able to diagnose and get me answers to my issues that I have be trying to resolve for 19 years. He takes a lot of time and helps you understand everything that is going on. A doctor who cares, has a personality and has empathy for you. It goes a long way.

Extremely knowledgeable, listens to patient's problems and makes wise calculated decisions on medications and further treatment(s). Has a great sense of humor and bedside manner (I've never had him at my bedside, however!). Would recommend Dr. Clemens to anyone.
