Callous Rude Dismissive Doctor
Had the misfortune of seeing "Dr" Chen in the ER twice - both times wrote off my problems (two different issues) like they were nothing. blatant negligence of my condition. If you happen to receive him as your ER doctor - do yourself a favor and ask for another.
