Terrible and maybe a little unstable
When we moved to town, we selected Dr. Cambre to establish care for our, then, 11-year-old, who has Aspergers Syndrome (autism). His case is VERY mild and he is high functioning and has a brilliant mind. She came in and began her interview and when I mentioned that he was autistic, she went ballistic and was angry with me for not 'telling' her when I made the appointment (I thought I was there to establish this relationship - right?!). Then we requested that his vaccines be given at separate appointments because we didn't want them all at once and she refused. That was our first and only visit. (Dr. Emir Campanini, on the other hand, is the best!)

Disgruntled with Unstable Doctors – May 10, 2024

I’d give 0 stars if I could. She treated us like we were stupid when I told her my child was sick and didn’t believe me, which my daughter ended up being sick. She never listens and never provides answers to any concerns I have. She always brushes everything off and doesn’t even give solutions. Highly recommend another doctor!!

Rude not good with babies
The Dr was very 50 mins late. Expected my 1 year old to sit still like an older child for her to listen to his heart. Then because he wouldn’t sit still asked us to pin him. She acted disgusted that he was upset and wouldn’t hold still. (His normal ped takes the time to talk and play with him so he’s relaxed). She was late and infringing on his nap time. She then decided to tell us we are basically stupid for not seeing her pov on certain topics. Ignored that I’d written he had a bump on his neck I needed looked at and then when he wouldn’t sit still for her to look at him she acted as if she was unconvinced and didn’t even try. Anyway. She’s not good with babies. She was upset he was touching a picture that was hung in reach on the exam table and snatched his arm because he was touching it. Instead of being informative she talked down to us. Absolute nightmare, has no business working with babies.

We would recommend Dr. Cambre to anyone looking for a doctor for their child. We are new parents and she has been able to take the extra time with us when we have had numerous questions. When we call for an appointment we are seen very quickly. If I have a question her team has always been able to help me when I call and I haven't had to wait around for a call back. Very pleased with the care we have received.
