I have been seeing Doctor Penelope Thron-Weber for over 5 years now and she has been nothing but amazing. She actually listens and is always patient with me. I have been struggling with several issues this last year and while we haven't found the exact solution, the doctor is always there to help me and offer solutions. She listens to my feedback about how I’m feeling or how I felt the medication affected me. And if I tell her it’s not working she doesn’t give up and works with me to try something else. The Doctor also follows up with me consistently after each solution to see how it’s working and how I feel about it. I’m thankful to have a Doctor who values my opinion.

I needed to get some blood drawn and have my yearly physical, and scheduled the first available which was about 4 weeks out. After waiting about 15 minutes, Dr. Thron-Weber told me the phlebotomist was out that day, and tried to send me to another clinic that had an hour wait. For my physical she took my blood pressure and sent me on my way. I received a bill for care that i never received almost 2 months after the "appointment". This place is a joke.

She is so amazing. She listens to me and is truly invested in my best interest. Only down fall is the hours the office is open because it's really not clear.
