A Dr who cares, is attentive, responsive &cautious
I could not be more pleased and have referred several people to her who have enjoyed her. Black patients are often dismissed so it was refreshing to get a Dr who listened, was not trying to push medications but actually cared to get to the bottom the issue. I could not speak more highly of her having researched thoroughly before selecting a Dr.

Walked out of exam
First time to this Dr. Even though i go to this practice and see the PA for years. Came in for a form for her to sign for diabetic shoes from my podiatrist. First thing out of her mouth is they won't help and lots of time a scam. Proceeds to to me I need a new A1c even though my last one was less than 3 months old. Wanted to do one. I walked out. She needs to review patients charts and needs an attitude adjustment

At last I found a good one!
Dr Bourguillion listened to my concerns, asked me pertinent questions, reviewed my test results and medications, and scheduled me for necessary tests. I found her professional, intelligent, helpful and caring. I would recommend her to anyone needing a good PCP. I’m very glad that I found her.

She was so very professional, listening to my concerns . She greeted me with care . I am so happy with her expertise and level of knowledge. I feel I was in the hands of a doctor that knows what she is doing .

Very Disappointed
I had one visit with Dr. Bourguillon in February 2022. It was scheduled prior to her arriving at this practice, as a Medicare Wellness Exam. As far as I'm concerned it was nothing more than that; she coded it differently and since May of this year I've been disputing the charge for this. The front office has not been helpful and basically as of today; after repeated phone calls from me, the charge stands; because that's how the Dr. coded it. More importantly, she ordered blood work and a bone density test and never followed up with me regarding the results. I'm aware I can look at the portal and see them myself, but she was supposed to let me know if I should change a medication. These events, coupled with a conversation with her nurse, who was rude and what seems to be an uncaring staff are the reason for this poor rating. I will not return to that office and do not recommend this practice.

Dr B. is a refreshing change to Primary Care MDs
Dr. Bourguillon is such a change from what we have had. On both my first visit and my husband's she took the time to understand our current issues and listen to what our concerns are for the visit. We have been at another practice in the area for 7+yrs and our PCP would pop in with a resident and maybe, just maybe, the resident would listen to our heart / lungs on a normal visit -then they would come back with the MD and they would say, "yep everything looks good, see ya in 6mo or next year" and then would bill the $210 to our insurance. 4.5 min tops. Dr. B ordered bloodwork and reviewed the results with us. She addressed issues she felt needed to be addressed and gave us goals we need to work towards to be healthier. I'm ready to get my mum and Gran to switch to her so they have a better health care provider as well!

Retired Health Profession..Appalled
After waiting 1 hr.+10min,Dr Peggy Bourguillon entered with results of 10/21 bloodwork rather than most recent 4/22 which I saw in my Portal! I mentioned a lower cholesterol level+ No Thyroid panel results? Her response:I’m glad you know”. Either never ordered or LabCorp “overlooked”! I requested a Biometric Screening since my Healthcare Insurance provider “rewards” this. Her response:”I don’t know what that is”- you can ask girls in front.” She left room (guessing to check what she ordered 6 months ago) I asked SIRI to bring up Biometric screening. I showed Dr. When she returned,+ was told I could make an appointment! I called my Insurance provider + was told a Dr. Completes this screening. I had it completed by previous Dr. As a retired Health Care Professional, I am appalled. I have never worked with nor was a client of a Dr so Apathetic + Uncaring. I wasted the morning. I asked the front office for the bloodwork Rx.I still needed + refund my CoPay. Look elsewhere.

Great Doctor!
She is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She takes the time to understand the patients needs and prescribes the most appropriate action to take. I was concerned about all the meds I had been taking for years. I was on 3 diabetic meds, and 4 other medications. After the lab work and consults, I'm happy to report I'm only on 1 diabetes med. And have lost 15 pounds!! I'm very pleased with the care and service I receive from Dr. Peggy and her staff. I would highly recommend her for your medical needs!
