Incompetence
I had been going to Dr. Albrecht for years. Sometimes she was thorough with my skin check and other times she was not good at all. The last time I saw her, she told me to wait until her office called me 2 years from the last appt.. They never did call me, and when I finally called to make an appointment, they had to consider me a new patient. I was fine with that, being the fact that Dr. Albrecht is not thorough with skin cancer checkups, rude at times and really seems overworked. The staff person (Diana) was rude as well and said that they could not offer me any new appts because they are short staffed. In fact, it's probably the most poorly managed office at PAMF, even before the pandemic. They desperately need better training of the staff and more doctors. But considering how the Main Doctor (Albrecht) and staff treats patients, I can understand why they are short staffed of Doctors.

Dr. Albrecht experimented with treatments for me till we found just the right one and then kept me on track so that I'm still doing great. Helps me out with the occasional derma issue, and keeps an eye on me for any emergent problems. The best.
