Dr. Pearl Browne, MD

Don't go to Dr Browne if you want to feel like your cared about. Had an appt with my specialist for 6 months...all the office had to do was send my updated referral...and it was never sent...she failed to fill a perscription of mine that I've been on for at least 10 years..said I needed BW per insurance request...called them no such request was made..had to get my script elsewhere...she doesn't listen to my complaint..she only seems annoyed by it..bothered that she has to work...I cut my foot in an accident...it took her and the office 2months to send my referral..mind you I can't lift my toes...so waiting has been physically difficult to do...Dr. Browne seems over all not interested in doing her job..which is listening to patient's complaints.. coming up with a treatment plan and following up with any care that maybe needed.

The office is a disaster when it comes to getting in contact with anyone. It takes a very long time to get necessary referrals, follow up appointments or even call backs. They never answer their phone and when someone does they always forget to follow up. The doctor doesn't like to be questioned when it comes to your own health. I feel like she makes a determination and if you don't like it, she doesn't care. Not a good place to receive quality care and would not recommend.

Pearl is horrible doctor would not let her treat my dog.She has prescribed my wife a medication that insurance co will not approve.Her response is patient is non compliant omg.Pharmacy faxed her numerous times,she never responds she doesn’t care about the outcome do not see her at all

I came for a referral. I called to ask for help finding it because I could not see it from the street. The receptionist was sweet & told me how to get there. I enjoyed the walk because there is a lot of grass, trees & shade (at the time I went). My spirit felt uplifted before even going in & I didn’t mind that I had a hard time finding it. I get lost a lot so I make sure to leave early anytime I go somewhere new. The receptionist was friendly & we had a nice conversation while I filled out my paperwork. I was impressed with the decor, especially the chairs in the lobby. I absolutely loved Dr. Browne! I was a foster child so I hate doing the intake at a new doctor because they ask a lot of questions that I don’t have the answers to & the answers that I do have I’m not proud of. But I felt very comfortable, relaxed & not judged. In fact I was even able to let my guard down & feel vulnerable about something I have been numb to. I left confident that I made the right choice. She’s a healer

Thorough and caring for my in-home client

Due to her negligence I was put in the hospital for 4 days. All that was needed was a urine test and antibiotics instead I was told I had low pain tolerance and should see a kidney specialist. I had to request a urine test be done and then she lost it and blamed others. Do not see her if you care about your health.

Dr Brown was very professional, easy to talk with, very caring and worked hard to determine my diagnosis. She did a thorough investigation of my medications and was concerned about my well being and comfort. Dr Brown's staff were professional and kind, as well. Thank you Dr Brown and staff for your care!

Very caring Doctor. I may have to wait a little while after I get there but I never feel rushed. Dr Browne is very knowledgable in her expertise as a family practitioner. . I have been going to see her for about 15 years.
