Less than stellar
This practice is all about the money. At my appointment, they were quick to charge me $212. When asked what for and why such a specific amount, they indicated they were looking at my insurance and that was my copay. They also took a $1500 line on my cc for further charges even after I asked them NOT to do this. I then had a non- stellar 20 minute consultation with the doctor (she seems to have a script and also pushed a particular cardiogram service and could not cogently answer why and as it turns out her numbers were wrong). On Nov 7th I was told I owed another $252 because Dr Kohli does not accept my insurance (even though they had checked and knew the very specific copay amount I owed and charged me at the visit). When I discussed with the office manager that I did not understand the charge, they could not explain why the charges were so high, and kept repeating a script. After the call they charged me immediately! The arrogance and economic focus of the staff is not worth it.

Dr Kohli did a really great job of taking my concerns seriously and giving me amazing care. She is methodical and thorough in her decision making, which I appreciate. She was very available to me and made me feel like a partner in my own care. As a female heart patient in my late 20s, I appreciated that she took into consideration things like family planning into my treatment... I had seen cardiologists before who forgot that certain interventions wouldn’t work with pregnancy since most of their patients tended to be from a different demographic. She’s a really caring, very smart, kind, and thorough doctor. I feel empowered to ask lots of questions and feel like she makes herself and treatment very accesible. I trusted her decisions 100% and felt like she fully explored treatment options. Plus, she is knowledgeable about more recent cardiology research and brings that into her practice.

About Me

care philosophy

Fewer patients, better care. Dr. Kohli limits the number of patients who are a part of her practice. As a result, she can offer each of these patients premium with personalized attention without rushing through the visit. Why is this important? Because you don't always get multiple chances at great health.
