Bad bedside manner and prescribed the wrong medica
Been seeing Dr. Longwell for seizure disorder. He does not take the time to ask questions and understand . Having lifelong seizures requires detailed care. He prescribed a medication for a different issue however the medication has side effects of causing seizures. Respect him as a doctor but can no longer put care in his hands.

Appointment was not rushed
Dr. Longwell was very thorough and explained my possible condition well. I felt taken care of. The appointment was not rushed despite that this office is very busy. The waiting room is very cold but I knew that in advance and got prepared. Which hospital or doctor's room is warm? Jasmine, the lady who conducted the nerve study was very friendly and I got over the procedure in no time.

Dr. Longwell is very professional and thorough.
Dr Longwell is always making sure I'm showing improvement and helping with my condition. He makes sure I'm doing what I need to do to get better. He's very informative and makes sure I understand.

The incompetent, unprofessional staff informed me that even with a doctors referral, I can not pay cash to see a doctor.

My doctor of 16 years referred me to Dr. Longwell. My appointment was within days of the referral, I was seen on time and found him and his staff very thorough, professional and considerate. I have great confidence in the effort being taken to get me well.

His office is kept around 65-68 degrees, and he kept me waiting for 1 1/2 hours, in a half dressed condition, and when he finally showed up and I explained my dissatisfaction, he responded with a smirk and said "this is a doctor's office". When I asked him for one of the typical hospital blankets he said they don't have them. I saw absolutely no indication of any concern for the well being of his patients.

I saw Dr. Longwell concerning a post concussion syndrome injury. They have to many clients and do not care at all about their patients. Initially would not schedule for 3.5 months, after referring Dr. called they worked me in. He prescribed he needed to see me back in 3 weeks after MRI desk advised could not see for 3 months, scheduled for 10/21. Today called and advised Dr. Longwelll would be out of office day appointment scheduled and would have to reschedule for Feb. 2017 Really!!!!!!
