Poor office staff
I need a cardiac cath. I have left 2 voice-mails for his assistant, Becky, requesting a call to schedule. She has not called. Someone else called, Dana, to say they are busy today and she should get back to me in 24 or 48 hours. This is always the case when trying to reach Becky. I always have to leave a voice-mail. Unacceptable.

I've been seeing Dr Gupta for several years and find him to be one of the best. I've dealt with a LOT of doctors and specialists, and he is at the top of my list as far as recommending. He is clearly a good problem solver, and really covers the bases when trying to ascertain what the problem is, what is causing it, and the best way to handle it. He has taken his time with me on each visit. He listens and clearly genuinely cares about me, my health, and my overall well being. He is thorough and explains things in ways that are easy to understand. He answers my questions patiently.
