My visit was awesome. She listened and offered very sound advice. Shared some concerns about my health which are genuine and the plan going forward on working to fix them. I'm left feeling happier. Would definitely recommend going there for yourself. She was very friendly and nice office staff the same.

Likelihood of recommending Dr. Reed.....Not to my worst enemy~! Worst, rudest, Doctor I've ever been to! Does not listen to you. Cuts you off when you do speak. Tell's you she doesn't want to hear that when she just asked you what the problem is. No, nope absolutely zero bedside manner. HORRIBLE~~~!!!

She's horrible to deal with -- has no personality, no sense of humor, exhibits no emotion. She doesn't deal with feet -- finds them ?? yucky? Didn't know about new shingles vaccine in summer of 2018 (vaccine came out in Nov 2017). She acts like she would rather be anywhere but there with patients. If I ask a question, she asks if its a new condition, if not, she won't deal with it. I have hypothyroidism with cold nodules, she told me that I didn't have any cold nodules. She's depressing to me.

Dr Reed is a very good doctor, she listens you and is attentive to your needs, her staff are pleasant to work with. I have recommended my own family to her practice.

My one and only experience with Pauline Reed was a nightmare! She snapped at me for presenting her with a list of things I'd like her to look at and told me (in a raised voice,without looking at me) that "she was good! And knew what she was doing..." She then Misdiagnosed me as a Type 2 Diabetic. After two more weeks of suffering and further deterioration I was lucky enough to get a new Dr. who diagnosed me properly as Type 1. I was put on insulin and have made an almost full recovery. Grade Z-.

Miss diagnosed my mother said her potassium was low and to go to the ER. It wasn't. My mother needed a cat scan to check her for mini strokes. It took about a month for dr Reed to send a referral. I called the insurance company and they were the only one who could get her to do it. Still no apointment but was approved for the mri and mra. I left many messages and went up there often was always told we will have her call you. Mean while my mother could be having mini strokes for a month.
