She was very concerned about my condition and ordered several lab tests and an MRI which were done that day. There is one more test to be done when we return from our snow bird vacation.

Felt as though she was passively dismissive of my concerns, questions. Her explanation of my issues felt like a general explanation of the condition not necessarily what mine specifically looks like as I know that no current imagages were obtained prior to my visit. I still have a lot of unanswered questions.

I can’t put the full blame on Dr. Kunecka. Due to Essentia Health losing multiple providers in Neurology, she seems to have been booked beyond what would be considered reasonable. As a result, appointments are rushed. My first visit, she prescribed a medication that wasn’t appropriate for someone with certain conditions that I have, due to her not reviewing my health history. I wasn’t made aware of this, and I took the medication as prescribed. My other condition worsened as a result. Much like my first visit with Dr. Kunecka, she again didn't review my health history. Her recommendation for treatment included multiple options I'd already trialed and treatment for symptoms I do not have. I had to wait months to be seen by Dr. Kunecka, so the lack of proper effort and care was really disappointing.

This was my first time seeing Dr Pauline Kunecka. I was a little nervous seeing someone new to me and switching drs. I found her to be very attentive, intelligent, concerned about me as a patient, she listened carefully to what I said concerning my past health issues, gave me feedback that was relevant to me. I left feeling really good about the appointment.

My care provided by Dr. Kaneka has been always exceptional. I continue to return, although I no longer live within the state due to her knowledge, professionalism and abilities to care for my medical needs. I continue to recommend her to all my family and friends.
