Dismissed any comment or answer I gave and inputed what she thought I should be feeling. If I disagreed blaming my difference of opinions on lack of insight. It is inappropriate for any mental health professional to dismiss a clients emotion because they believe the client should be experiencing a different emotion. When discussing follow up care, my preferences were not taken into consideration. I know, providers can't always accommodate a client, but those preferences shouldn't be dismissed.
