Unprofessional staff, poor service
Rudest receptionist staff and poorest service I've ever experienced in the United States. Don't answer phones, call you back, no explanation for dropped or cancelled appointments, etc. Wouldn't take my dog here after all this.

Willing to listen to you and doesn't blow off your concerns. Asks if the treatment he suggests is something you would like to try. Very caring and concerned about your conditions. I am always happy with my visit and treatments suggested.
