My savior
I first saw Dr. toomer back in the 70s when I was a teenager. I’ve been to many doctors was sent to UCLA and got nothing. One of the neurologist in Thousand Oaks said I had a tumor behind my ear and then said it was a shadow. At UCLA. They said I had a microadenoma in my pituitary gland which is probably baloney also. I went to Dr. Toomer the reason for my visit was because I was having what they now call anxiety because I was hit by a car during my teens and it stopped my menstrual cycle. This man that I call my friend instantly put me on medication to restart my cycle, and although I had already had the anxiety attacks and my brain was accustomed to be scared to death of them, I got my cycle back and I had less even none of the anxiety attacks but he gave me a prescription just in case I thought I couldn’t handle them and I never ever ever came close to running out of that medicine. This wonderful man delivered all four of my children and I adore and love him.

Many years and thanks
Hey Dr. Toomer! Its been a while. I hope you are doing well! Dr. Toomer delivered my three children c-section deliveries in 2000, 2002 and 2004. All at Los Robles. He was wonderful and compassionate. I went into premature labor with my 3rd but we were able to keep her in until 37 weeks and shes about to turn 18. I also had adhesions removed a few years later along with an endometrial ablation because they were causing pain. He was truly amazing with all the procedures my body needed for my success at a family and health. He will probably deliver babies until he is unable to walk. This doc is a stud!

Dr. Toomer treated me 25years ago. I was recovering from breast cancer and had some obstetrics problems too. He was just amazingly compassionate and competent. My favorite doctor ever. I moved from California years ago but still think of him and his wonderful staff with great fondness.

Dr. Toomer was my OB/GYN and delivered my son, Mathew, at Los Robles hospital in October 1990 ... over 25 years ago! My son is now a SGT. in the USMC. I loved Dr. Toomer so much that I gave my son the middle name of Paul, which is Dr. Toomer's first name. I had some personal medical issues during my pregnancy and ended up having to have a C-section. Dr. Toomer took excellent care of me and kept me very informed about everything through the entire pregnancy, plus had great bedside manner.
