Dr. Paul Shin, MD

My husband and I were referred to Dr. Shin for a male infertility consultation. He was amazing! He explained everything in great detail and took time to answer any and all questions. We felt like we had options and he left the decision making up to us - we never felt any pressure like we have from other visits with different providers throughout the infertility journey. When Dr. Shin presented options, he gave us the pros and cons of all options and stated, “if you were my brother and sister, this is what I’d recommend..” and that’s exactly how we felt.. like family. At no point during our encounter did we feel like “just another paying customer.” We will HIGHLY recommend to anyone seeking a reproductive urologist!

This sounds cliche, but I’m not certain their practice can be improved. Dr Shin has been far and away the best doctor I have worked with in any field. He always shows a genuine interest in my health and well being and has a very good way of breaking things down into layman’s terms. I would happily recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Shin is extremely flexible, explains things in detail for your comprehension, he gives lots of options and suggestions as well as guidance as to how to get better treatment. An excellent gentle man!!

I made an appointment with Dr. Shin at the referral of a urologist who recommended him for his expertise in a specialized male infertility procedure. He was one of the most, if not the most, professional and personable doctors I have ever visited in my life. He took time to answer all of my questions in great detail (to include diagrams and printouts that he let me take home) and I left the office feeling relieved that there were multiple possibilities and options for me and my partner. During the visit, it was clear that he is a leading authority in the field of reproductive medicine and infertility. His straightforward, honest counsel was also extremely refreshing for me personally. I highly recommend Dr. Shin and look forward to his care in the future.
