Dr. Paul Rich, MD

Dr. Rich was my doctor for 20 years. The care I received was fine, but in the last 2 years he has cancelled my appts over 10 times. If you're done practicing medicine doc then let people know, not very professional to cancel the day of an appt over and over and over. If he would have just said 2 years ago, "I not longer seeing patients," I would have found a new doctor then. More than disappointed.

I seen Dr. Rich for 20 yrs and have a rare bone disease. He always listened to me and I felt safe knowing he was my doctor. He was a wonderful doctor

I had to take a family member to this office recently. Fortunately, NOT see Rich. But I do know he owns this very filthy dirty crud caked patient waiting room. The carpet was so dirty you could no longer tell if it was mauve or BROWNISH DIRT COLORED HIGHWAY GRAY! The chairs were in the same condition, crud stains and filthy. I will be back in this dump for a follow-up appointment in a few weeks. If this filthy pig pen room is not cleaned up, I will contact the health department plus the media.

Worst physician in the tri-county area. Rude ,self centered. In medicine for the money and power not for patient care. Literally yells at his staff. Very unprofessional physician.
