Over 2 hour wait in office; no response on renewals of physical therapy; front office staff rude; difficult to make appointments and when you do, they frequently change with only an email notification (then you need to log into your account with them to find out when they have scheduled you a new appt...if that one does not work, good luck getting another); overbooked; patient rooms are very dull and boring...especially to be waiting in for 2+ hours.

Didn't get to see him after four visits of waiting almost 2 hours each time The front desk staff were awful unfriendly and didn't care that patients wait 2 hours for appointments will never go back disgusting

After dislocating my shoulder for the 4th time, it needed some attention. Dr Reiman and his team provided excellent professional compassionate care. I race Motorcycles and was able to finish 3rd overall for the year with zero problems. From the office staff, to flexibility with scheduling, magical surgical abilities and the PT team my total experience with them was awesome.

Dr. Reiman did repair work on my subscapularis and supraspinitis tendons in my shoulder, after being injured in car accident, 2/29/2012. My experience with him and his office staff was excellent, the only negative aspect was long wait time for appointments on 2 occasions, but he is a busy Doctor and worth the wait.
