Dr. Pinson and staff are empathetic and supportive
I usually see Chris and Dr. Pinson occasionally. All concerned have always listened to what I am saying and have directed me to a proper program of treatment. I have been going there for several years now. I have found out that if you are honest with them and follow the program that there will be no problems. They have always allowed me to be a part of my treatment program. Between Dr. Pinson, Chris, and myself, I am very pleased with the treatment they have afforded me.

A little man with a big Napoleon complex.
Pinson is an arrogant man with a Napoleon complex. His treatment is based on his rigid policies and not on what the individual patient needs. The receptionist at the registration desk is very nice and friendly as are the assistants who take you to the rooms. His practitioners are friendly and knowledgeable. The staff handling phone calls are not the best or the friendliest. I've only been going to him for a few months now and am stuck with him. I wish there were better alternatives.

Compassionate and Caring Staff
The whole staff wonderful, from the front desk, back! Dr. Pinson is kind and down to earth. I see Ms. Lori Denny, she is an Angel on earth to me. She truly, genuinely, cares about her patients. Has always been sympathetic and listened to me and all of my problems! Not too many people in this world like her anymore! She is definitely an amazing woman, full of kindness and compassion. The whole office is great. Blessings to you.

BEST STAFF, CARING,COMPASSIONATE
Been going here several years. Everyone from the Doctor to the receptionist is excellent! All of my nurses have been AMAZING! My new one now, Lori Denny is the most humble, compassionate, caring person I have spoke with in a while! She actually CARES about your pain and problems and is very understanding. Very Sweet and easy to talk about to. A perfect addition to an already amazing staff! Definitely recommend this office if you’re tired of being treated unworthy due to medical issues. This office treats everyone with respect and kindness.

Rude
Dr pinson had no interest in treating me. When he is blatantly wrong he does not say so. He did not like me having any kind of knowledge, about my studies or results. I told him that the readings showed this or that..., and he continued to say he couldn’t explain my pain. I am 44yo I am too old to be belittled, when I already have four diagnoses. I hope others don’t go through what I did.

Caring
When I see people say Dr. Pinson doesn’t care or listen it’s like they are talking about someone else and not Dr. Pinson. He has ALWAYS been kind and caring and helps with any questions I might have. He may not joke around but he’s a doctor. He’s not there to entertain you. You have to think about what he must hear from people all day long. Some are just addicts looking for a script while others are legitimate patients who need help. I have been going to doctor Pinson’s for years and will continue to do so. Those who complain the loudest are usually the ones mad because they didn’t get exactly what they wanted. Not every employee is going to be the perfect person. That’s in any business you go to. Those that are rude and mean usually don’t last long and are replaced with someone more suitable for the job. It’s not easy dealing with the public especially when some are just there to try and get a high. Overall I think he’s great and does his best to take care of each individual

Well can't put good review since they booted my husband claiming the pills the pharmacy gave my husband were not the correct pain pills, he was prescribed, if this truly is true, it would take a damn fool to put the wrong pill,in their bottle, to try pass them off as original pills. This is yet another mistake from Walgreens which is one of many. TO say the least will be finding another doctor and another pharmacy... Dr Pinson is smart mouth anyways.... to say I'm pissed is understatement because my husband did nothing wrong, but yet treated like a pill popper, every visit he was mistreated.

Dr pinson is a great Dr but::pa Bill is the worst inconsiderate person I have ever meet he thinks he's God he doesn't listen to when you talk to him he acts if he is better than anyone you have to beg for a shot for 3 or 4 monts before he will decide to let you see Dr pinson for a shot so many people feel this way just afraid to say so scared of getting kicked out. Dr Pinson one day you will wise up and get r8d of Bill

I quit going to dr due to not having a competent professional staff. Rude and just not nice or caring staff nor the physician and clinical staff. He has change in staff all the time and doesn’t even know my name or the problems I have. I went to him for three years. I wold get panic attacks just going. I always felt I was being judged and made you feel belittled

I’ve struggled with debilitating pain for over 15 years, Dr. Pinson has cared for me since 2014. He is the BEST physician I’ve seen! He is a straight forward-to the point, down to earth, caring and NOT a pill pusher. I believe he really wants to find a manageable solution to your pain without automatically prescribing a narcotic/opioid medication. He has a great staff who are extremely overwhelmed but handle the office/patients with respect. HIGHLY recommended Dr. Pinson.
