Dr. Pierce was phenomenal! He treated my case with the utmost professionalism and took time to address my many questions through the process. Dr. Pierce and his entire staff are the most warm and welcoming people. His clinic is conveniently located, and exceptionally clean reflecting the high standards this practice adheres to. I find the only one star review “highly suspect” honestly, I’m young and diagnosed with breast cancer and the women at his office and his own bedside manner and ability to listen and calmly explain your options were unmatched in my opinion at other offices, he’s done an amazing job with my surgery and again his staff is also amazing, I’ll be writing a Google review with all of their names, I feel beyond confident recommending him.

As a former patient, I find the raving 5 star reviews to be highly suspect. As a stage IV cancer patient, currently in remission, I've never minded less the prospect of my death as I do today and every day as I deal with the nightmare of complications from my original surgery and the ill-advised 'revision' that I foolishly signed myself up for. He has ruined me. I cannot be fixed. I am broken. To future and prospective patients I will say : Don't. Just, Don't.

If I could give Dr Pierce 6 stars at this point, i would. Both he and his staff are all nice and very helpful. Dr Pierce explained all the different options available so that I could make an informed decision at a time when I was really overwhelmed with the diagnosis. He was good at answering all of my questions to figure out the right choice for my life. We discussed options to deal with short and long term issues. His staff is amazing as well. One great thing is they provided my a video to watch before the appt that talked about each procedure and allowed me to watch multiple times so I could formulate questions ahead of time! I'm very confident in my upcoming surgery.

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I was so overwhelmed I didn’t think I would pursue reconstructive surgery. I wanted to have a bilateral mastectomy, chemo & be done! My breast surgeon recommended a consultation before making a decision & referred me to Dr. Pierce. His smiling eyes over a mask (Covid precaution season), his warmth, and the way he approached my diagnosis with a positive perspective of my future, left me feeling less frightened & changed my mind, so I decided to proceed with reconstruction. I can say Dr. Pierce & his staff helped me through a difficult, bewildering time, & became a bright spot in the midst of cancer. Dr. Pierce listened & was available by text or call. I proved to be a difficult case with complications from postop issues, so Dr. Pierce & I spent plenty of time together. Throughout surgeries & aftercare, Dr. Pierce responded with compassion, humor & honesty. His staff were professional & kind & I felt they truly cared about me, my family & my life.

I have had 2 surgeries with Dr. Pierce. The first was a mastopexy to reduce the risk of nipple loss and the 2nd was the mastectomy with tissue expanders. My experience has been really great. Dr. Pierce provides his cell phone number and is very responsive. He is caring, informative and has great bedside manner. On top of it all his staff worked diligently through some insurance complications I had. They they followed up through the whole process and went above and beyond to help me get the care I needed. I still have 1 more surgery to go and I have no anxiety about it because of the care they have given me to this point. I highly recommend this team.

I don't know if I can say enough about Dr Pierce and his staff. They are all friendly and helpful. Dr Pierce was always kind and explained all the different options available so that I could make an informed decision. He was helpful in giving me feedback that helped me make the right choice for me, but wasn't pushy or condescending ever. And his staff made me feel like family from the moment I walked in. Dr Pierce and his staff made me feel safe and in control even in the midst of a cancer diagnosis that made my life feel chaotic. Love, love this office!

So wished Dr. Pierce had been available for my original breast reconstructive surgery. His caring and kind approach are incredible. He also provides you with a clear understanding of the procedure and follow-up!! Highly recommend!!

Omg. Every single thing about my experience with Dr. Pierce was INCREDIBLE. From consult to post op care he was phenomenal as was his team. I had a blast with his incredible staff pre-op and post op and cannot express my relief that they actually made plastic surgery FUN. I got a tummy tuck with muscle repair and body contouring done by him and went from a size 8 to a 2. He was extremely responsive to questions post op (he gave me his CELL PHONE) to reach him. The whole way through recovery he was available to me. He provided me with compression garments, a walker and silicone tape so I had nothing to worry about and everything I needed to recover easily. He offered me exparel and a host of other things to ease my recovery and, as someone who has had multiple non plastic surgeries it’s one of the easiest I’ve gone through. 100% would recommend!

Dr. Pierce was outstanding! He was able to do two different things for two of our children and was professional, well informed, and all with a friendly and warm bedside manner. Dr. Pierce explained every procedure to where I could understand it. He not only takes great care of his patients he takes care of their family as well. My daughter took every step of my cancer journey with me, and even tho she was only 12-13 at the time. He explained it all to her and kept her updated on my condition. He made sure she was very included in my care.

Always professional, fixed my carpal tunnel in both hands, ulnar nerve in both elbows. He is the best, excellent bedside manner. Going to miss him being in Dallas.

Dr Pierce performs miracles. I went from total drop foot to almost 100% recovery. I owe it all to you Dr Pierce. Stay cool :-)
