Bad attitude
This Dr. actually got very upset at me for asking a question because HE was not done talking. It's all about him not the patient!

Our son was seen in the ER to remove a pencil that went through his foot and lodged by his ankle. Dr Patrick had zero bedside manner and was very unsure of his ability to perform the surgery correctly. Ultimately he refused my 9-year-old son Any anesthesia or sedation for the entire surgery but instead strapped his small body to a wooden board and asked me and the nurse to hold him down for the duration of the hellish surgery while my young son screamed in agony. His choice to disregard my constant requests to sedate my son brought so much undue excruciating pain and trauma to a young child. He did not get all the pencil out of my son's leg and six months later we are still dealing with pain,PTSD, physical therapy and a possible second surgery. I would strongly recommend everyone stay as far away from this war zone of an emergency department as possible.

Treated me in Emergency. He was very thorough, explained how he was going to proceed and followed through professionally. I thought he was very experienced and maximized his time. I felt understood and well cared for. Would highly recommend.

Rude, condescending, but has a good sense of humor if you want someone joking about a potential health issue. I left completely humiliated.

Attempted to discuss condition; would not stop talking and would not listen; only repeated himself over and over; condesending; unemotional; unhelpful.
