incredibly dismissive of concerns. told me to 'do some pushups' when I had a torn labrum which need surgery years later.

I have been a patient for over a decade and I have never been with a more incompetent set of staff in my life that are supposed to be life saving. I have been mis-diagnosed by several doctors within their office. They kept telling me it was a pre-existing condition I had and it is all IN MY HEAD!!! If it wasn’t for me threatening them to get me external testing done they would have never caught my life-threatening condition, in which, I had already told them numerous times what I thought it could be. I thought by changing doctors within the office would help get me progress and help, however, it did not!!! Now I am on my way to surgery to have an organ removed and may potentially have other life-threatening and permanent damage done to other organs in my body due to their negligence and inability to actual listen to your symptoms. Please save yourself and go somewhere else.

My wife had been raving about how good and how much she liked Dr. Paonessa for some years before I started going. I went in skeptical because I really liked my old doctor, with him for over 25 years but he had retired. Dr. Paonessa quickly put me at ease with his easy going manner, in-depth questions about my health and his easily understood analysis, he didn’t use the 20 letter names without a very understandable explanation. He doesn’t rush you in and out but takes his time.

He always takes time to answer any and all my questions. Takes a genuine interest in my health and well-being.

Doctor Paonessa was my Fathers doctor who helped me after he had been under a neglectful guardianship for years. He treated my Dad with dignity and respect and was very proactive. I loved the way he listened to everything we said and considered our insight. Professional, straight-forward, with a smile, that is this Doctor.

He's very kind and cares. He helps you the best of his abilities. Love this Dr
