Dr. Paul Pannozzo, MD

Dr. Pannazzo zeroed in on the cause of my lower back and leg pain and immediately put me in his spinal decompression device which totally removed my pain. Proper diagnosis and expert treatment adds up to quality health care.

I am so lucky to have found Dr. Pannozzo. I don’t live in AZ full time so I always ask my neighbors for recommendations (on doctors, dentists etc). My neighbor recommended Dr. Pannozzo. From the first time I met him, he took the time to ask me, “How can I help you? Where do you hurt?” Then did a physical exam on me. I did the 1st round of diagnostic blocks in my back and the 2nd round about 6 weeks later. The pain subsided for a few months (which was heavenly).I just had the ablation procedure done yesterday. While I am still in pain, I feel like things can only get better. Dr. Pannozzo has been patient with me,has answered every annoying question I have had. I called, what I thought was his office number at 1:30 in the morning. I was having an issue and wanted advice on whether or not I should have gone to the ER. He called me this morning (on a Sat). He is a knowledgeable Dr with a good bedside manner (hard to find). I would recommend him to anyone with chronic pain.

Helped emensely with leg pain and also releived my stress as I thought I would have to have another hip replacement it he quickly determined that there was nothing wrong with my hip. Great doctor, great staff!

It is my first visit so it is early for me to endorse, but the front desk person is very friendly, capable and tenacious. She took on my insurance and got me the MRI my primary care doc could not. Dr. Pannozzo spent a good deal of time with me, offered me options and insisted we get that MRI. Off to a very good start!

Dr. Pannozzo is the 2nd pain management doctor I saw to address my chronic back, neck and knee pain. If I could, I’d give him 10 stars! He listens and assesses before giving options. He’s gentle and not focused on any one treatment or specific drug. From my 1st visit 6 years ago Dr. Pannozzo was able and continues to tremendously lessen or alleviate my pain and I feel highly confident in him. His staff is kind and they are all very well experienced in supporting Dr. Pannozzo as well as his patients.

I have severe nerve damage in my right leg and a Knee that needs replacement. I was barely able to walk and only with much pain. Six times in a row, Dr. Pannozzo has given me a lumbar injection that makes the next day seem almost a miracle. I can walk pain free, and even have much less pain in my knee. He is amazing!

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Pannozzo. I have suffered with back pain due to a car accident for over 40 years. The pain has steadily worsened as I have aged. I finally got to a point that I was barely able to function. My first visit to Dr. Pannozzo resulted in a procedure that left me pain free as I walked out of his office standing straight for the first time in years. Thank you Dr. Pannozzo.

I knew something was wrong from the moment I entered the office. The staff was disengaged & payed more attention to their personal cell phones than anything else. Dr. Pannozzo was rude, arrogant and asked me “what do you want me to do”- not in a let’s talk goals way. He drew on me with a pen and talked badly about all other treatment options I had tried as well as spoke poorly about regenerative medicine like PRP and stem cells which their office does. It was a degrading and horrible experience

I have been Dr. Pannozzo's patient for years and have recommended him to others. His staff is as wonderful as he is. He is non-judgmental and listens. He has used several methods to help me manage my pain. I am so grateful to him, because if not for his interventions, I wouldn't be able to function today.

See this man if you suffer chronic pain. He will do his best to understand the root of your problem and address a plurality of modalities to relieve your pain. He is an excellent, caring, humble physician... truly a rare gem.

Dr. Paul Pannozzo, Is of the highest caliber of men who appreciate, people of integrity, honesty, and down to earth genuine faith. He deals in establishing good Doctor patient relationships. He diagnoses problems, and rightly so, with his experience and knowledge of his instruments. Will educate the patient on options, of treatments available, for their specific problems. He also has the awareness to advise what he thinks may work best for the patient. I feel blessed to have met this man.
