Very professional, but caring too!

First, Alice was very friendly, nice and thorough. Dr McMillan was also the same. He took the time to look at a couple of concerns I had on my legs and referred me to a dermatologist. He listened to me and suggested some follow up tests and another appointment. I was very happy with my visit.

It is rare today to find a physician that listens and takes the time to explain everything to you. Dr. Paul McMullen is the absolute best in his field. I grateful to have had him as my cardiologist for 6 years now.

I have been seeing Dr. McMullan for 3 years, he takes time to explain everything to you, without talking down to you. An added bonus is he has a terrific sense of humor, that makes you feel at ease,

From the moment he walked in the door and kicked his feet back and crossed his arms. He had an attitude of accusatory degrading could care less belittling attitude towards me. I also had my 13-year-old daughter with me and she could not believe the way that he was treating me not only did he not explain any of my test results he accused me and my doctor of not knowing what we were doing and not believing the course of actions that we had already taken that were causing me to have severe medical issues. We are just trying to find out what is wrong and what is causing me to have these issues. I am very frustrated and very upset and just want to know what is wrong with me and he could have cared less. he got up and walked out of the room as I was trying to talk to him and crying at the same time. It was so bad that a nurse literally walked me all the way to my car because my bp was 70/40 and she thought I was going to be admitted and could not believe the way he treated me.

I went with my mom to try to get some answers for her heart, we have been to louisville and bowling green with little to nothing being done. He made us feel like he could really help her and actually cared which is rare and comforting from a doctor. Thank you again

Dr. McMullan takes time to listen to you and explains everything in understandable words. He asks questions pertinent to your condition and makes certain that you have a clear understanding of what he's talking about. His support staff is great as well.

Really cares about his patients care and quality of life

Due to many snafus, I was over 1hour late for my appointment, but was worked in patiently and professionally! Staff was cordial and kind! Dr. Was very reassuring and explained things so I understood what was happening! Perhaps the most amazing thing was being called 2 day’s following my appointment with diagnosis and told that both my doctors had been sent letters approving my surgery in two weeks!! Unheard of! I would definitely refer family and friends to Dr McMullen!

This was my second visit with Dr. McMullan. He is timely and spends time with you explaining test results, diagnosis and plan of care. He answers questions and does not make you feel rushed.
