Dr Mazzei is an expert in all aspects of oral surgery. His compassion and kindness is equally amazing. I have both medical issues and dental fear, and he always supports and works to make sure of my needs. Can't say enough about this practice and this doctor.

Paul Mazzei proceeded to mock me, make condescending remarks and make completely false accusations about my personal situation when he learned I was going on paternity leave to be with my first child. He was so disrespectful, he needs to do much better.

No one wants to go to an oral surgeon, but if you have to, Dr. Mazzei is the one to see. I have had more than one procedure performed on different dates. Dr. Mazzei is a highly skilled surgeon, with hands of gold. He is kind, gentle and compassionate. I had no pain during my procedures and I was put at ease by Dr. Mazzei and his staff.

Have used Long Island oral surgery for over 25 years. Dr. Paul Mazzei is The quintessential caring doctor. The entire practice is good the front and back desk staff are great.

I am 30 years old and have been seeing Dr Mazzei since I was 10, when i needed surgery for a large cyst. He is a wonderful DR and very friendly, caring and treats me like family. He performed a very difficult surgery on me and made it as painless as possible. He has great bedside manner and I look forward to seeing him for follow up appts. Staff is nice as well and was very good at following covid safety guidelines. Family members have also had good experiences. Highly recommend!

Came here on an emergency visit for a tooth extraction. I have been here many times before in the past. The women at the front desk treated me so horrid that I left the office in complete and utter disgust. They were condescending, verbally abusive and completely heartless regarding my medical emergency. My endodontist called and spoke to them and sent me there immediately, they completely disregarded the severity of the situation mocked me when I asked how long the wait would be, as I was sitting with my entire side of my face numb. DO NOT COME HERE. I called another oral surgeon while I was sitting in the waiting room for 30+ minutes (they assured my endodontist I would be taken immediately). I left the office and the wonderful staff of the other office took me in immediately and I cannot say enough amazing things about them. NEVER USE THESE NASTY HORRIBLE HEARTLESS OFFICE. The behavoir of the receptionists was DISGUSTING.
