Dr. Paul Lombardi, MD

This doctor has made unwarranted and inappropriate comments about my body, which is bad enough, but the way his staff has treated me after over 10 years of loyalty is nothing short of atrocious. They speak down to me like a dog over needing a refill for a rescue medication. Tell me I’m lying about being sick when it’s literally documented in my chart. Speaking on the doctors behalf as if they know anything besides pushing paper. They are genuinely disgusting women and so rude and pompous. I am finally leaving this doctor and reporting with both the state and NYU Langone.

Dr Lombardi is a great Doctor, He’s my family doctor, I’ve been going to him for a long Time , he’s very patient and helps you with all your medical needs. I definitely recommend him to family and friends. Also the staff are very friendly and wonderful to deal with . Thank you again Filippo Curto

I stopped by Dr. Lombardi's office today after several attempts to make an appointment by phone only to be left on hold for 20 minutes or more. As a new patient I told the lady at the front desk I had health first insurance. She then gave me dr lombardi's tax id number and told me to call health first to make sure they had it. She said sometimes they don't pay. Lol, what a joke, giving the doctors tax Id number out to a new customer she never seen before. Very unprofessional and an embarrassment
