very rude and unprofessional staff, wait time is over 4 hours. They take bribes to let people ahead of their turn. As for the doctor himself , I don't even think that he knows what he is doing!!! you have to pay money for everything even if you have insurance!!!

Excellent Physician
My family and I have been patients of Dr. Leva’s for over 30 years. He ALWAYS GETS HIS DIAGNOSIS CORRECT. He listens intently to your issues and he is always thorough in his examination. He answers all your questions and explains everything until you are completely informed as to your condition. He never rushed an exam even if his staff squeezed you in after his last scheduled appointment. Some people complain about not being seen at the exact appointment time but that is because he gives each patient all the time they need to receive proper care. He never once rushed through an exam. Dr. Leva has taken care of my wife and me, our three sons and now all my grandchildren. Patient care is his priority, not rushing every patient so he can make more money. His office isn’t fancy. He is a great doctor, not an interior decorator. I recommend him 100% Ken Farrell

Unprofessional office
I want to mention this doctor's office because it was very unusual from the other doctor's offices I have ever been to. Their customer service is terrible and here is why: I arrived two days ago for an appointment that was confirmed over the phone (I had it marked on my calendar) but it was not documented on their system, which then became a total waste of my time. The staff told me that because I already filled out my forms and scanned my IDs, I wouldn't need to do them again. When I arrived again today to the rescheduled appointment, I needed to show my IDs again because they lost it. I waited 30 minutes and followed up with them to see when I would be seen. One of the staff members/receptionists then blamed me for scheduling it during lunch time. (This was a time they picked for me when I mentioned a broad time frame around lunch time). Not only was this appointment rescheduled because they failed to schedule the first appointment but I was blamed for the rescheduled time.

Horrible
This doctor's office is the worse I have ever been to. The workers at the front don't care about the time of the patients, or even have water or bathroom facilities for patient's to use, even if they are elderly patients. Not caring about time also includes the doctor. Everyone is so unprofessional. When i was there for the first time 2 people cancelled their appointment because they were waiting for so long. My appointment was at 11:30 am and at 12:30 I went up to ask what is the update and the front desk individual mentioned "oh yeah he is late coming in, :) he always does this" Like as if our time is NOT worth it. So why make appointments at 11 am? The front workers are unprofessional, they put on a nice face but are not great people. Dr. Leva was a great individual but I must say does not value your time as a patient. I do NOT suggest going to this place.
