My son just had his 8 wisdom teeth removed by Dr Paul Kelley! My son was nervous by Kelley’s helpful staff put my son’s fears at ease. Our experience was amazing. From the time I called to make the appointment until the time I picked my son up post surgery, it was exceptional service. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Simply Amazing- Dr. Kelly, his staff and everyone's work and attitude here is absolutely phenomenal! Everyone is extremely helpful, kind and has a smile on their face. I can't explain enough how great the whole team here is, and Dr. Kelly's knowledge and kindness knows no bounds. Would highly recommend :)

The staff is always great and informative. Always smiling! Dr Kelly makes sure that you are comfortable and pain free during and well after the procedure. I just got a call the same day of my appt to make sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions and to see how I was doing! Makes you feel like you’re not just another body in the chair. I can’t recommend PKM enough.

Dr. Kelly and his care team were wonderful! His billing specialist wasn’t. My husband and I both carry dental insurance and I called before my daughter’s appointment to make sure they had both policies on file. The day of her procedure she requested I pay almost $400. I explained that I would be happy to pay any balance after both insurance companies had been billed. She insisted that the “discount” they offered was more than what my secondary insurance company would pay and there was no need to bill both. After going back and forth for several minutes, she said “Fine, don’t pay anything, we’ll just bill you for the balance due today.” I told her please do, AFTER both my insurance companies had been billed. I actually received a refund from the office for overpayment by my insurance. I understand not everyone is knowledgeable about their benefits, but she didn’t even try to listen to what I was saying, and was argumentative . Unfortunately, that’s why I can only give 3 stars.

Dr. Kelly is a compassionate provider who is very skilled and has hired a wonderful team - we truly had an all around great experience from start to finish. I especially wanted to write this review to help parents with young children. My 9 year old daughter needed an impacted tooth removed. Dr. Kelly took time to reassure her multiple times. During our consult he talked with us about anesthesia options and even talked with my daughter directly about concerns she brought to his attention. Then again reassured her before her procedure, grabbed tissues and wiped her tears, explained everything that was happening and earned her trust so that she felt comfortable enough to get the dreaded 'poke' for anesthesia. Everything was perfect from start to finish without any issues! Dr. Kelly and his staff are wonderful with children and were great at calming my nerves multiple times, as I didn't like the thought of anesthesia, but it was the best option for our family. Thank you Dr. Kelly and team!

Dr. Kelly and his staff are amazing! The front office staff is very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. The nurses are caring and compassionate and made my three teens feel comfortable and relaxed, despite how nervous they were having their wisdom teeth extracted under anesthesia. Dr. Kelly answered all of my questions and eased my mind at our initial consult. He is exceptional at what he does and the day of surgery went very smoothly! I will definitely refer my family and friends to him. Thank you Dr. Kelly and Staff!

Our experience with Dr. Kelly and his amazing staff has been exceptional every time we went into his office! Everyone is always kind, knowledgeable and informative about what to expect during our visit. Dr. Kelly himself is so patient and truly takes the time to explain his imaging results, recommendations, the possible procedure and listening to our questions. Our wisdom teeth extraction with him was fantastic! Highly recommend!

Dr. Kelly has removed all three of my kids wisdom teeth. I highly recommend him to my friends and family. He and his staff are professional and engaged in their patients. They do a thorough job following up post surgery to check-in which I really appreciate. I can always get through to the staff directly and everyone is friendly and helpful. Beautiful office is a perk!

Called in February for appointment. Scheduled one for April 20. Good thing he has a big waiting room because patients came in front door but NO BODY was called back . Patients kept building in waiting room. After one hour of waiting and nothing happening I left. Apparently Paul Kelly has no interest in patient care after all! In fairness, his office help were terrific. Not much they can do when Paul Kelly is absent. An hour wait and hadn't even left the waiting room!!!

The whole office made me feel at ease. They let me know exactly what was going on. I felt very comfortable. I trust Dr Kelly and staff.

March, 2023 - We have lived in about 11 cities in 4 states & have never had such exceptional & positive experiences that we have with Paul Kelly Maxillofacial (PKM). Our family has been seeing Dr. Paul Kelly since 2020. His staff & surgical nurses are the best anywhere. All are very friendly & helpful. Dr. Kelly has performed 3 complicated surgeries for myself; surgery on my wife; 2 of our sons & also advised on very complicated issues with our oldest son (who lives in another state). Today he performed surgery for our 12yo who was very anxious (7 baby teeth extracted). They took very good care of our son. He doesn’t even remember getting the IV which he was most anxious about. Thanks Dr. Kelly & all of your staff & surgical nurses.

I had my wisdom teeth out under general anesthesia…the Dr. and staff were professional and so sweet! I was a little nervous but the whole process was pretty easy and more smooth than I ever anticipated. Thank you Dr. Kelly!

From the beginning to the end, they took very good care of my special needs daughter and went above and beyond to accommodate her needs. As a mom, words cannot adequately express my appreciation. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to personally thank Dr Kelly and his staff today . We are repeat offenders using his office . Today my youngest daughter had an appt to get her wisdom teeth extracted . There was some mis communication regarding the appt but Dr Kelly and staff were very accommodating and got it done . Daughter felt great afterward of course and wanted to tip Dr. Kelly . Ha!Ha!
