BAD services on front staff peoples, Alway overbooked at the appointments and there were way too many people in the waiting room DELAYED the appointments.

Entire procedure from initial visit to surgery to follow up visit was just outstanding and seemless. Both my son and I were extremely pleased we used Dr. Huynh for our cataract surgeries. I would highly recommend him to any person needing cataract surgery and have already recommended him to other people as well.

Would recommend Dr. Huynh for anyone that wants better vision. He really improved my life with cataract surgery. Very talented physician.

Base on my own personal experience with Dr. Paul Huynh, I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family as an eye specialist Doctor. He is a very professional and a friendly eye Doctor to his patients. I highly appreciate his professionalism in dealing with his job as an eye Doctor. Thank you very much Doctor Huynh. Did not listen and got mad when I asked questions about my treatment. Was very overbooked at first appointment and there were way too many people in the waiting room for Covid conditions. Seemed very nice at the first appointment but did not listen as well as I expected. Just assumed the distance lens without even discussing the 2 options. Will find another Dr for my cataract surgery since he got mad at me. Not very patient with women that question him.

Dr. Huynh is an experienced doctor. He’s very professional in his field and very kind to his patients. He did cataract surgeries for both of my parents at sharp hospital. After the surgeries, they don’t need to wear the glasses anymore. I also made an appointment for myself. I would recommend Dr. Huynh to my friends.

Great!...This guy runs a tight ship. Best doctor I ever had. One eye was always blurred and now almost 20/20. You feel safe with a doctor who knows his profession.

i had very bothersome cataracts- dr H went over my surgical options and performed the surgery in the outpt center. the procedure was amazing-life changing vision. i rarely need glasses, have almost 20/25 vision and am so pleased. the staff was great, i really appreciated that dr H does all his own pre op eye measurements-not a tech. it certainly helps with accuracy and my comfort level. post op i had some dry eyes- dr H worked very diligently with me to solve this annoying issue with drops, procedures and follow up. my dry eyes are doing much better. i would highly recommend him as an eye surgeon. he is patient, answers all questions and is very skillful in the operating room. there was absolutely no pain! catarcact surgery is amazing especially the new multifocal lenses-it really clears up the cloudy vision.

Dr. Huynh has the ability to instill confidence through his enthuiasm for the advances made in Cataract Surgery. He is a true cheer leader, and has changed my lifestyle for the better.

Dr. Huynh has been providing eye exams as well as cataract and Lasik surgeries for my family and relatives for over 10 years. We are completely happy with his service. Dr. Huynh is professional, personable and goes the extra mile for his patients. Most importantly, he is good at what he does. He takes his time to answer our questions and does a thorough job with his explanations. I never feel rushed during our office visits. Courteous and professional: him and the staff. Referred by VA Choice Program for cataract surgery and lenses. Quick and painless surgery. Been wearing glasses since the '80s; reading was becoming difficult -even highway signs. Vision was noticeably improved with hours, and perfect within 3 days. Now I sometimes use only over the counter reading glasses!

He repaired cataracts in both my eyes ten years ago. Recently, a film had grown over my right eye and he used a laser to remove the film in less than 2 minutes!

The front office needs training. It took four calls to the office to book my appointment. New patients should be told to bring a case to remove contact lenses and also bring sunglasses due to dilation of the pupils. His MD associate was nice enough, and I'm sure very capable, but the exam was not something that I expected from a specialist. It was nothing more than going to my optometrist. They over-book and there are too many people in the waiting room.

Don't know how the appiintment is managed. The waiting tine is extremely long, way above the normal 30 minutes. Don't know about the quality of service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.
