Great doctor, listens to patients
Dr. Hoff is great -- listened very closely to my concerns, explained things clearly and took time for me to ask additional questions. A pleasure to talk to. Had a nasal endoscopy and they were very efficient about it and gentle.

Dr. Hoff changed my life! After a surgeon here at home on the west side refused to fix his mistake, it left me pretty much dying a slow, miserable death (I wish I was exaggerating). It took forever to get an appointment with him (~3 months or so) and even longer to get surgery scheduled, but that's my only complaint. I can tell he's a surgeon because he was much more outgoing and upbeat on surgery day versus office visits, but no biggy!

Dr Hoff was the most pompous and arrogant doctor I’ve ever met. After making me wait over 2 hours for an ear appt for my 2 year old with a double ear infection, he would not even apologize and instead said I should have chosen a weekend or morning appointment. Then, he went on to barely even look at my daughter, said she passed her hearing test so I could choose what I wanted to do. “Kids get ear infections... you should just keep dealing with it.” Basically wasted 3hours of our lives. Horrible!

Dr. Hoff is an excellent doctor he makes you feel comfortable. His explanations are very clear and precise and to the point. He got me in and taking care of right away he has a caring physician.

I have found Dr. Hoff to be very straightforward and professional. He certainly took his time in treating me and answering my questions. I asked about what could go wrong and how that would impact my life. His explanations were in depth and in language I could easily understand. My surgery is very soon and I have complete confidence in him.

Dr.Paul Hoff is a kind, considerate individual. He explains the diagnosis to the patient in an easily-understood manner. He takes the time to answer any and all questions and is never in a hurry. He is a very pleasant individual who really cares about his patients. He is also an excellent surgeon. I would recommend Dr. Hoff to anyone needing an Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialist.
