Dr. Clark was very professional, once my procedure was determined, he went over my surgery with me in detail. Per my text instructions his office was easily reached and easily accessible.

Doesn't rush through his patients visits. Means a lot!! Highly recommended!!!

Dr. Clark was very warm and welcoming upon entering the exam room. Seemed to genuinely listen and be concerned about my complaints, even though there were many and seemed disconnected. He at least did some exams, which so many doctors don’t even do these days, but that’s another story, and ordered some scans. Reiterated plan of care. I felt very comfortable and genuinely cared about during the visit. Love the whole staff. Can’t give enough praise.

Dr Clark is wonderful! He did my surgery four weeks ago. I could have not made it through without him. He explained everything to me to where I could understand. St. Vincent hospital staff was wonderful. Give him and them a 100!

This trip consisted of a 2 and half-hour drive one way and waiting for another 1 hour and fifteen minutes to not be seen due to the fact that we (the patient) had not obtained a referral from our primary care physician, who was not the referring physician. Please put the patient on the payroll if we have to do your job. I was told that it was our responsibility to obtain this referral. I replied to "Melissa the Administrator" that the text that was received the night before the visit had the information of where to go and what your cost would be, at that time a flag would have been raised that the patient needs a prior referral from the primary doctor. And "Melissa the Administrator" informed me that is not how we scheduled appointments. Apparently, you do! I did call that primary office to get that referral sent over, and after waiting over an hour in a hot, overcrowded waiting room we left my husband still in excruciating pain.

Dr. Clark was kind, listened well, had a plan for moving forward, and answered all of my questions.

Dr. Clark always explains ,in detail, my back X-ray, and answers all questions. He is very reassuring. My level of confidence in him is 5 stars. Also, his nurse Allison is kind and helpful.
