Does not care about your time!
My appointment was for 12:50 PM (very precise?) . I arrived at 12:50. I saw that there were two patients in the waiting room and on the sign-in sheet before me. The doctor did not arrive until about 1:05PM. At 1:15 I confirmed with the receptionist that there were indeed two people ahead of me 'because they had signed in before me.' When I complained, the receptionist said she would have the doctor see me first. About 1:25PM the doctor called me and asked if there was a scheduling issue. When I said yes, he gave me a 'talk' as if I were some child in the principal's office. Basically he said that if 'this' was so important to me then he pointed to the door. So, I left. Yes, the appointment time and my wait time is important to me. The LEAST I expect is for the receptionist to explain that the Doctor is not yet in the office and that there are two people ahead of me and then an offer to re-schedule. I will not tolerate being put down because my time is important to me.

Dr Brisson is a smug, uncaring surgeon who's more interested in getting your money than how your surgery went. He did not do well in my surgery and was unresponsive to my pains, needs post-surgery. He's THE WORST! His assistants were a bit more conscientious, but it didn't make up for a bad doctor. I urge anyone -- GO TO HSS!!!
