I am 37 years old and have had chronic urticaria since age 5. I have been to many specialists over the last 32 years and left most of them puzzled. They would all label it idiopathic and tell me take an antihistamine. Dr. Bigliardi provided different treatment plans and I finally feel like I found someone that can help me.

Smart problem solver
Dr Bigliardi really helped me find a drug that works for chronic hives. He's a smart problem solver and asks a lot of great questions. He listens well too. He also has a great staff around him, which I appreciate.

Smart and professional
Really appreciate his intellect and compassion. His regimen allowed me to live independently after months of virtually complete incapacitation. Answers my questions fully and listens. I can't speak for the other people commenting here but I have only had great experiences in the clinic.

Absolutely amazing doctor
Dr Bigliardi is an extremely smart doctor who knows his stuff! He's kind and caring and truly wants to figure out exactly what you're allergic to. I was referred to him by a different allergist who couldn't figure out my allergies and Dr Bigliardi had me bring in material from clothing that bothered me and he added it to my patch testing and figure out the exact ingredients I was allergic to. He's hard to get in with but definitely worth the wait!

Dr. Bigliardi was one of the worst providers I've ever had the misfortune to see. For starters, he was over an hour late to my appointment, which was the first slot of the day. I was referred by another doctor to investigate a concern and the doctor ordered lab tests without clarification and did not even investigate the said issue. What a waste- not only did he cause excess anxiety but offerred little explanation or guidance. Would not recommend to anyone unless you like being highly irritated and frustrated with the medical system.

It turned out to be a disaster! His practice has changed radically to now, not even being practical or helpful for my medical condition to see him anymore. I would not recommend him to anyone.

This clinic is a mess. Medications ordered and nothing there when I went to pick them up. Labs ordered but when I went to have them done only one ordered and there was suppose to be 3. Breathing test ordered but no appointment ever booked. Dr. Bigliardi is very dogmatic and on my last visit was just plain mean. He is trying to force a medication on me I do not want. He does not listen and gets off on tangents during visits. He jumps all over the place during visits and its hard to follow him.

Lack of response from staff, nurse with urgent concerns. Students with the Doctor are rude. This is concerning due to the difficulty breathing and the hives I can break out in with no response is not a good combination. So, I can not rate the Doctor as highly as I would like to. The MD is responsible for everything in their clinic.

With response to another review: I have had 7 am as well as 5 pm appointments. All parking is done by valet, which is a flat rate of $7 regardless of length of time. It’s annoying and expensive, but very straightforward. In terms of knowledge and experience, he is excellent. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone that has complex, non-typical, difficult to manage conditions.

Two problems. His clinic creates a lot of difficulties in transportation being on a huge college campus. Second, the clinic only offers afternoon rush hour appointments. He is probably qualified enough, but there are many alternatives available that are not on a public college campus.
