Based on our experience, Dr. Berson is the worst! His assistant was unbelievably rude. We informed Berson that we preferred not to deal with her, but he continued to have her wait on my mother. The final denture is a mess. We paid Berson nearly $15k for a denture that is literally falling apart (less than 2 yrs later). Also, several weeks ago, we requested my mother's records so another dentist could fix his mess; he refuses to provide the records (we owe no balance). Unprofessional & unethical.
