Dr. Pattie Dimmette, MD

It’s impossible to get an early morning apt… it’s almost as if she’s not a morning person. No Monday apt as well… she canceled me as a patient at 34 weeks pregnant for missing an apt that was missed due to not being able to make it back out to Murrieta the day after my perinatal apt at Radys children hospital… in the same city… being mobile was a huge factor that had kept her informed with my situation of being in between cities due to my grandma being in ICU I help stay with her to give my aunts a break.. but besides all that I have been unable to get a doctor to accept me it’s been a rough time and I’m shocked she refused to see me knowing I am near full term. I understand she’s very very busy but her patients should be just as important. But to be honest receiving care is a lot harder in IE vs OC, period. Wait times are usually really bad… but she did make sure to keep contact with me when tests were needed and immediately called me personally when having preeclampsia symptoms..

I've been going to Dr Dimmette for years and she delivered both of my babies. She is the best there is. Wouldn't go to anyone else as far as I'm concerned! She explains things throughly and looks after her patients.

I love Dr Dimmette. She runs a one-doctor office so while wait times are long, I always know that she will be the doctor I see and that she would deliver my baby. She truly cared about me and my baby. She answered every question I had and never made me feel dumb. She is the reason I am a mother. Office staff is friendly and attentive. They will call and let you know when Dr Dimmette gets pulled to the hospital for a delivery and reschedule for the closest time. Overall, I would recommended Dr Dimmette to anyone looking for a great OB or even looking for help getting pregnant.

I echo the same sorts of things in the other reviews. Essentially this is Dr. Dimmette in a nutshell: Inconsiderate, not compassionate, does not put her patients first, and makes you feel crazy. I absolutely hate writing reviews like this because I know at some point there HAD to be a time when she was super caring, supportive, ON TIME and was proud of what she did as a doctor. It's hard to understand how someone can lack so much care in what she does and who she sees. Would not recommend her to anyone.

Well I like Pattie Dimmette. She spends time with me and answers my questions. The negative reviews are mainly about wait times and scheduling...but she has made some staff changes and they are very good about getting back to you if need be. They pick up the phone 998% of the time. Friendly and professional, they are genuinely happy to reschedule your appt. Should Dr. need to tend to an emergency. NEW OFFICE NEW STAFF NEW ATTITUDE!

It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone in the office to answer the phone. I’ve been pushed off by front desk staff for weeks now, even though they keep promising to “get back to me” but it has yet to happen over the last two weeks. I haven’t even been to an appointment yet and I’m already wishing I could go to a different office.

Staff is Unprofessional/rude at best and talks crap on patients in the open... I could over hear a conversation while I was waiting in the lobby of them saying “I don’t like her so I’m going to call and cancel her appointment and give her a bad time so she won’t want to come in” then LAUGHED! I believe this is near criminal... for heaven sakes this is a doctors office and people need medical attention. What people don’t need is petty staff that takes out their aggression on patience in need of medical attention! If you have a choice, avoid this office at all costs.

If I could give -zero rating I would. I made an appointment to see the doctor for routine pap in August 2019 and had to wait until January 2020 to get in. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment, because it had been a while since I had been in and knew I would need to update paperwork. I waited an hour in the waiting room and was finally called back to an examine room. The girl took my blood pressure and said she would return to let me know I was next. Well, I waited 40 minutes and no one came in. I finally opened the door and asked how much longer. I was told there was a patient a head of me. I told them I had been waiting long enough and proceeded to walk out. As I was walking away the very unprofessional girl yelled, "just to let you know there is always usually a 2 hour wait before seeing the doctor. The office is very run down. The staff is chatty, but very unprofessional.

NEVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! I saw this doctor ONE TIME and I have now had two revised bills after originally calling after my one appointment and being told that I owed them nothing after insurance they are trying to bill me/insurance $600. FOR ONE APPOINTMENT AT 5 weeks! We waited 3 and 1/2 hours to even see this doctor and thats why I originally switched. My friend made the mistake of of seeing her as well and she literally looked at her and her husband and said “Yeah..not a viable pregnancy. So do you want to DNC or what?” If you want the worst care ever and the biggest bills for absolutely nothing definitely go here.

I thought that I would recommend Dr. Dimmette, but after a month and no-one will give me my ultra sound and bone density results. I have called several times to no avail.

Dr Dimmete has delivered all 3 of my boys!! I had the best experiences. Very content and satisfied with her experience and knowledge. Yes there is a wait but well worth it! Thank you Dr. and staff!

We were assigned to Dr. Dimmette through our insurance. She is a friendly woman, however how her business is ran is very poor. Every Dr. appt. we had ran 1-2 hours WAIT TIME! They have called 2 out of 3 times to cancel or reschedule our appointments. My wife's last visit she waiting in a room with our 3 year old from 3:15-4:45 with no check ins from her staff and when she finally walked out to take our daughter to restroom all exam rooms empty, lights off and Dr. was gone, appt. cancelled.

Every appointment I've had I've waited in rooms for 1-2 hours with no check in from staff. I've had an appt cancelled day of. The staff are chatty and not helpful.

Waited over 3 hours before I finally got to see the Dr. Many people arrived after me but were all finished and gone by the time I got out of the examining room. Was told my test results would be back by the next week. It had been 2 weeks and I had not heard anything. After 26 calls to their office that rang busy, I finally got through to the receptionist. She told me that the nurse would call me back before the end of the day. I never received a call!!! I cannot believe the support staff.

I really like this doctor--she listens, explains things thoroughly, and is very pro-active. However, getting to see her is another story. Her appointments are weeks/months out, and my last three have not gone well--I was taken to the back, had my vitals read, and then put in a exam room for TWO HOURS. I was just getting ready to walk out when they came for me. An hour might be acceptable, but more than that is just rude and inconsiderate of others and their precious time.

DR. DIMMETTE was at first very fast and to the point which was kinda overwhelming but once you get to know her she knows whats in your best interest and has seen her share and knows what is best and what to encourage and very willing to take what you have interest in and give you full and honest reasonings. i was sent into labor for about a month and she saw and made sure i was in constant care and made sure the nurses took good and constant interest in and took matters into her own hands .
