Do NOT go to this doctor
I will NEVER go back to Dr. Ross ever again. On 12/13/22 I came in with an ovarian cyst concern and she told me if it’s still there to come back. I asked her if I could get an ultrasound order. Today 03/30/23 I came in at 2:30 for an appointment to request an ultrasound order again. I was not placed into a room until about 4pm. I waited and waited. I heard her having casual conversations in other rooms for about 30 minutes. I decided to leave. I walked out and saw Dr. Ross casually talking to a coworker. She completely wasted my time and money. Dr. Ross made sure that everyone else was taken care of except patients of color. I will never return to this office ever again. Just unprofessional and racist.

Wait time is long and she's a fast talker. Doesn't always follow through with what she says she's going to do at your appointments.

I have been with Dr. Ross for 10 years now. I have 4 kids and one one the way and she has delivered all my babies. Her expertise is amazing! The front desk need a lot of help. Maybe they should all be replaced. But if you call Dr. Ross nurse Jill, she will take care of everything for you so you can bypass the front desk staff.
