TOTAL BS w this GOOBER PRACTICE ! I wouldn't take my dog there !

Upon check-in, I was asked to pay a bizarre amount up front. Since it didn’t make sense, I simply asked if it could be submitted via insurance first. The receptionist went to ‘check on this’. Meanwhile (45 mins later), I'm seen by the nurse. As I'm waiting to see the doctor, the receptionist enters and tells me I will need to reschedule. Baffled, I asked if it was about the payment and offered to pay so that we could move forward. She said she’d check. She returned only to tell me I would need to leave and reschedule - no explanation. Wow. So I followed up with an email to the doctor, recapping what had happened – maybe she was not aware. ‘Customer Care’ then calls to tell me that due to my email the best course of action would be for me to “find a new doctor”. I’m sorry – what? They owed me an apology, not a dismissal. They then sent me a certified letter informing me I was no longer a patient. Patsy Mitchell and her staff were rude and downright unprofessional. Good riddance.

I didn’t get a chance to visit! But who ever answered that phone was very rude and lied about not taking amerigroup which clearly there website states they accept both kinds of amerigroup

1...they NEVER answer their phones or respond to voicemails. 2...theyre lazy and refuse tondo a courtesy call to remid their patients about their appointments, so if ya miss it be prepared to pay $75. 3...My daughter went to get ADHD meds, a medicine she has been on for 3yrs, the NP gave her a different prescription. Both my husband and i called to ask why and to get the prescription she asked for and was told no to set up another appt...FOR WHAT?! That place is a JOKE.

She is the best doctor I ever had.She really listen and explains my labs where I can understand. Wait sometime may be long but it's worth the wait because when my time arrived she treated me as if I was her only patient she had to see. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Mitchell is great. Yes I would recommend her. Office and Staff are wonderful.

Poor service all around. Extended waiting times in the exam room, front office staff rude or make you feel uncomfortable and the walls are paper thin so you can hear what's wrong with the person in the next room while they're being seen.

Dr. Mitchell is an excellent physician who, after 20 years and countless doctors before her, worked with me to get my anemia under control. My numbers have remained stable for over a year. Amazing. She did the same for my thyroid. Dr. Mitchell reviews your labs with you and gives easy-to-follow instructions to improve your health. I've referred a number of people to Dr. Mitchell and all have had the same great experience.
