Dr. Patrycja Czesnowski, MD

Every time I've tried calling the receptionist answer with, 'Can you please hold'. They are clearly understaffed. Need a referral? They'll refer you to specialists who've been out of business for months. Need your lab results after 8 days of waiting? You need to call back repeatedly. The office is ran by nobody and your health is in better hands elsewhere. I had the receptionist tell me the appointment i had scheduled was somehow cancelled due to 'a glitch in the computer system', i.e., incompetence. Take your health serious and go elsewhere people.

Dr C and staff have always been super kind, helpful and spend the time needed when it's warranted. I've been a patient for about 8 years. The wait time was a bit rough in the beginning but well worth it. Now the wait time is manageable. Dr C & team have always been A+

Already told you wouldn't give treatment needed and waited in room 3hours with appointment and didn't see her

I've been seeing Doctor Czesnowski since 2013, She listens to me and takes her time explaining things. For most doctors, you're just another name on their list. She actually cares and so does her staff.

Went there almost about a month ago and was told something personal and private by her student or assistant whom I went to school with and then the doctor came in to discuss it with 5 other people in the room and did not ask me if it was okay. I feel this was VERY unprofessional of her and felt like my privacy was violated. I will be switching doctors.

The doctor has good bed side manner but the way the office is ran is chaotic at best. Personally I consider my time valuable and spending hours here for a 5 minute appointment is not reasonable. I will be switching providers after this experience which was one of many in terms of wait times. Also do not attempt to reach the doctor or expect to hear directly from her as in her own words she is too busy.

I am aware of the wait time. Dr. C. is worth the wait. Bring a book or for Heaven's sake talk to people in the waiting room. The staff are great folks and everyone is doing the best he or she can. I've been her patient for five years and as I am older than she, my husband and I will doubtlessly be with her until we leave this realm.

Had tests done 3 weeks out. I finally call while they're open the 2nd time no answer I leave a message to receive my results. Four days later I call again. They're reason for not calling back was "we're really busy". I get a printout & realize they didn't test me for the very reason I made the appointment. This is the 2nd time I specifically made this appointment to get this specific test done and they didn't do the test. I have to wait another year b/c of insurance. Understaffed/ min. 3 hr wait

Staff is very inexperienced. Unable to make anyone understand what a prior authorization was. When I requested to speak to the office manager, I was told she was with a patient and was not allowed to speak to her. Staff is unfriendly. Dr does not return patient calls.

Dr. Czesnowski is the worst. You will wait hours after your appointment to see her for 5 minutes. (She books 4 patients every 15 minutes...) Her staff are not helpful. And prepare to get bills months after you see her for unnecessary tests/services hat you didn't need or ask for. I gave her a chance because it was a convenient location for me, but I'm finding a new doctor.

Called the Office as I am a Patient; asked if my friend could get in for some blood work and shared with them all the information that needed and asked for. They put me on hold for a while came back and asked if she could come in at 2:30. I sent my friend there at that time, and she was turned away saying that they couldn't do that test. I am busy moving and couldn't be there with her. She comes back to my home and tells me this. I called them. RUDE and HUNG UP ON ME! Do what you say!

You should not bring your self or your children to this place at first i liked it and at least they took walk ins. Now they have not done that for sometime now...i specifically asked the staff on the phone before I made my appointment to make my appointment early enough because i had to pick my child at a certain time After being in the waiting room for 2+hours and then sent back to the room to wait an extra hour and then didnt even get seen! I wasn't offered an apologie or a solution.
