Absolutely unprofessional. Megan from his office called me 3 hours prior to my appointment to canceled it. Stating that the required requested labs were not completed. I was never asked or requested to get "additional labs" when I called back to get answers couldn't even speak with DR. Richards office. The person on the phone got some BS message about why they canceled my appointment. It is already difficult enough to get an appointment, make the time, and be seen. I still don't have any request to get additional labs and sill have not been contacted by DR. Richards office. Healthcare is broken.

I was very amazed of how Dr. Patrick Richards explained to me my condition and showed my ultrasound results in detail. Dr. Richards showed genuine care and concern, a very good listener, answered my questions without rushing and judgment. He showed genuine kindness and treats me like his own family.
