Inconsistencies in what he said vs. document state
He informed me what he was looking at but after recommending an MRI, he stated I had a torn meniscus, but the report didn't say that, but it was thinning. His report also lacked details that I provided him during the appointment on when and how it happened so now I am having issues with my insurance company.

Hip replacement
I met with Dr O’Keefe for opinion on my hip after meet with other Dr. He explained things well told me option and what he did for surgeries. He had answer for everything I ask

Dr O'Keefe is a great doctor! I see him for both my knees and my shoulder, all of which I have had surgery on. He is always spot on when he has diagnosed and treated my ailments! When I have received shots, they have all been relatively painless (this coming from a wimp when it comes to pain). Thank you Dr O'Keefe, you have changed my life (I now have one)!

I first visited Dr. O'Keefe after a horse riding accident injured my shoulder and knee. Both my shoulder surgery and knee replacement have gone extremely well and I'm so happy with the results. Not only is he thorough and professional, but his staff is excellent. I highly recommend TCO and Dr. O'Keefe.

Terrible. He put my knee in crooked. It’s been two years and I still have a lot of pain in my knee and I can not bend it. He was really nice before surgery, after not so nice. All he said to me was “ at least you can walk”. Walk with a twisted knee, it hurts your knee and back.

My family and I have been seeing Dr O'Keefe for years for all of our orthopedic problems. Great bedside manner. Knowledgable, thorough and almost always on time. Has done numerous surgeries on myself and my family and we have done very well. Very happy with him and Twin Cities Orthopedics. Would recommend to anyone.

Dr O replaced my shoulder joint with a “reverse” total shoulder after two other surgeons said it couldn’t be fixed. Now I can move my arm almost normally. Can’t wait to get back to golf and tennis this summer! He’s a great surgeon with a great staff!

Dr. O'Keefe was patient with me while I described the events which led up to my knee injury. He then went on to review the x-rays with me and explained everything clearly. I was informed he would need to see an MRI to better judge the condition he had diagnosed. I had many questions for him after the MRI, but he had already left the premises before my few basic questions could be addressed. This left me feeling abandoned and as though my particular case wasn't important to him.
