Falsified medical records
Patrick Morris took advantage of me as an uninsured patient by falsifying my medical records, claiming he performed exams and tests on me that were never done. I was charged for said tests and sent a bill for a much larger amount than was quoted by scheduling staff for a basic office visit which is all I recieved. I was not examined or tested for anything during my appointment. Morris spent 20 minutes in the exam room with me seated in the chairs next to him while he hypothesizing about the cause of my pain then sent me on my way.

Dr. Morris did not listen to me at all, and within 5 minutes came to a very quick conclusion that made absolutely no sense. He ordered multiple expensive tests that disagreed with his diagnosis, and he became very defensive trying to cover himself. He never even touched my shoulder that was causing me so much pain. He came to a conclusion about a physical problem without even touching me. It's unfortunate that he's representing Fairview because their providers are usually excellent. I took the appointment only because he had the soonest availability - now I know why. Avoid this guy.

I swear, the negative reviewers have confused this guy with someone else. I've been seeing Dr. Morris for five years and have never once had a bad experience. I've only heard glowing reviews from his other patients in clinic. He's friendly, professional and he gets it right.

Worked with me constantly to make a double fractured leg and large open wounds better again. Recommended a variety of ways to lessen pain of redoing bandages daily. Even went as far as following up on scar healing with expert recommendations to speed up the process. Overall, a great doctor.

Dr. Morris not only completely misdiagnosed my problem, but in telling me it would heal on its own but would take up to 6 mo I did not seek another opinion until the 6 mo post injury were up & I was no better. Those 6 mo created significantly more damage preventing the possibility of full recovery. Now I face surgery that will make it better than it is now but will not come close to returning me to 100% and more problems that will require full knee replacement later!
