Dr. Molitor is a very empathetic and knowledgeable psychiatrist but does not pretend to know what is best for you. He provides information and allows his patients to make the choices they feel are best for them. He is not overbearing or forceful. If he doesn't know the right answer or an option that feels helpful, he is not afraid to reach out to colleagues, seek out new information through current research or even experiment with ideas in order to help you find the right answer for you. He can be trusted but also shows great empathy for life's difficulties and traumas. I highly recommend him to anyone who can get access to him.
