Doctor knowledgeable, took time with us.
spent more time than expected with myself and husband explaining hearing loss in one ear only.

There was no wait in the lobby, and very short in the treatment room. Dr. McCallion was courteous and kind, as was the whole office and medical staff. I couldn't ask for a better first experience. Thank you very much!

I’ve never been so let down in a medical situation. I have an long history of ENT and hearing issues and went with Dr. McCallion based on reviews. I hope the student intern sitting in the room with us decides to use his example as what NOT to do. He is condescending both in tone and facial expressions and he seemed annoyed that I would come in for a “check up” without having urgent concerns. He was dissmissive about my questions and gave contradicting recommendations. He does not seem to care.
