One of the best
My 1st appointment with Dr. Lemm was online in Jan 2023. Immediately I was amazed by degree of his preparation for the appointment as he had read my entire medical file before talking to me. He was very attentive to all my concerns and problems and addressed all of them. I had situation with doctors in the past who would pretend they never heard some of my complaints because they didn't want to deal with it. This never happened with Dr. Lemm. I came to his office in Manhattan Beach with a toe issue, which wasn't quite his area, but he didn't bounced me, made a big effort to assess the situation, ordered x-ray and took time to explain everything. I've been through many doctors and can compare - Dr. Lemm is one of the best in LA. He is also very pleasant, soft spoken person. I have become a big fan of Kaiser. Unfortunately, their system for video appointments is not too good (as of 2023), so you may have much better experience seeing Dr. Lemm in Manhattan Beach.

Unprofessional
Very unprofessional. I'd created a video appointment with Dr. Lemm a week in advance. He had me waiting for over half an hour when I decided to call Kaiser. He made no attempt to join the video call or notify he wouldn't be able to attend. Would not recommend.

Had an ongoing cold that made my job send me home early. I needed a dr. excuse since I was still sick & it affected my performance. Even though the appt was for my cold, this doctor CHOSE to go through my medical history & ask about pass medical files then proceeded to lied on my after summary saying I got upset abt an appt and must be depressed since I didn't want to talk about it with him. He then slammed the door then told the nurse right outside to wait 30 mins before giving me my note.
