Working with Dr. Dougherty and his practice has been a pleasure. I had an immediate need and they took me right away, solved my issue and had me on my way in well under a hour. They are efficient and professional and I will go back to them with any Podiatry need.

We can highly rate and highly recommend Dr. Dougherty. Our family has been using Dr. Dougherty for almost 13 years now. He's very knowledgeable, understanding and takes the time to explain any at-home treatments and care. We will continue to use Dr. Dougherty for all of our podiatry needs.

Recently experiencing extreme pain in my right foot I sought the medical advice and help of Dr. Dougherty at InStride Center. He expertly diagnosed my condition, applied his considerable medical knowledge and skills and gave me blessed relief upon my first experience with pediatric medicine. Highly recommended. Edyth E. Felt totally comfortable with Dr Dougherty. He made me feel at ease. My husband had something done by him because of a problem and I said something that Dr Dougherty asked me if I wanted to be seen too. I ended up saying yes .... and I was taken right in to be seen after filling out the paperwork. He is very through and answers things precisely. Would recommend him to anyone and would give him an excellent mark!!

Made an appointment and the people (Tene/Christy) at the front desk were great. Saw Dr. Dougherty , he gave me good excercises, recommended better shoes, and was very understanding. Good place for sure, hopefully my foot problem will soon go away , as it feels better.

I've been seeing Dr. Dougherty since we moved here 18 years ago and am very happy to have chosen this practice to come to. Being active and having a very high arch, I'm prone to stress fractures. The orthotics , treatments and advice I've gotten through the years have assisted me greatly such that I can stay active. I never hesitate to refer folks to Dr. Dougherty.

After having gone to urgent care twice with no real resolve, I was happy to visit Dr. Dougherty today. He was kind, and did a wonderful job of explaining my treatment process. I'd recommend him to everyone I know. The other office staff was also just as amazing. I was in a time crunch to be seen by a podiatrist and sure enough they gladly found a spot for me to come on in.

After I had an unpleasant and ineffective appointment with a podiatrist in Raleigh, I asked my primary care physician to recommend a physician at a nearby teaching hospital. She suggested that I go to Dr. Dougherty instead and I was more than pleased with the visit. He is thorough, patient and effective.

For the first time since my injury began I feel like a doctor truly listened to me, which made all the difference. He is considerate with costs, especially when things may be very costly he offers alternatives. I spent about 30 minutes in the office, in which he thoroughly explained everything to me. I left without any questions, and hopefully on my way to recovery. So glad I found this doctors office.

I was a new first time patient and I immediately felt comfortable in the office. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was checked in immediately and my wait to see the doctor was under 10 minutes. Dr. Dougherty was attentive and took the time to thoroughly explain his diagnosis and treatment options. I was very satisfied with every interaction during my office visit and I will definitely be an ongoing patient.
