DISGUSTED
Dr. Sullivan- how is this woman still practicing?!?! THIRD bad experience I’ve had with this woman taking my children to see her. Immediately came at us with the most off putting and appalling bedside manner I have EVER witnessed!! And I’ve been a nurse for 26 years. Unbelievably condescending. My daughter was coughing so hard she could barely catch a breath for several minutes. She proceeded to ask her, while still coughing, “can you speak? Because your mom is doing all the talking for you.” Amongst many other snide comments about my own knowledge. Didn’t listen to a word either of us said. My daughter felt like she was doing something wrong for having pneumonia. She should go into interrogative detective work, because that was the best way I could describe her approach. I thought I was being Punk’d. We will never be returning to this location and I will be filing a formal complaint.

If I could give her 0 stars I would. Lack of compassion and professionalism. Barely spent any time with my daughter and seemed to lack confidence in prescribing medication. I left South Shore Health Express feeling very uncomfortable and not confident in the care that was given to my daughter.

Really Bad
I went to Health Express a couple of years ago with a terrible back spasm. I had never had one before. Dr. Sullivan treated me like she didn't believe me and that I was just there to get drugs. I'm a woman in my mid-60's and don't do drugs. Then I went a few months ago for a DOT medical exam. One of the questions was do I drink alcohol, and I said yes, occasionally. She snapped and yelled at me, "There are small children on that bus!" What a crazy, unprofessional, dark, extreme response.

RUDE
One of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. She continuously spoke over me when I tried to explain my symptoms and was not caring. Completely agree with other assessments of her character. She wasted my time and money.

Went to health express in pembroke for a covid test. My test at my college came back abnormal and they REQUIRED me to get another test. I called health express in the morning to make sure it was okay I went into the office. When my test came back positive Dr. Sullivan came in with the worst attitude. She basically yelled at me and said I shouldn’t have came in and there was no need to be wasting testing resources. She told me whoever at my school advised me to get another test must have no medical background. I informed her that it was a nurse and she scoffed and said “she’s not a physician, I am.” She preceded to be extremely rude to me until I cried and then told me that this is a hard time for everyone and I need to get over it. She did not even seem to care about the severity of my symptoms or my health at all. The worst bedside manor I’ve ever experienced.

Went to Health Express in Pembroke for a simple DOT medical exam. Dr Sullivan has the worst attitude I have ever come across. I agree with the other post/reviews about her. I have never written a review before but this I had to. I wouldn’t bring my dog there. Never again!

Bad bedside manor. Almost like she is bothered to do her job. I had to ask the nurse to explain the diagnosis. Abrasive and rude.
