Great office visit!
I was VERY pleased with my visit with Dr. Sanchez. She was very attentive, took her time and answered all of my questions. I almost changed from this office because of a billing issue on their part that took a very long time to get rectified. It was frustrating. Hopefully that won’t happen again, but I would definitely recommend her, she was top notch and the office staff that I interacted with were very nice also.

Bad customer service
Doctor Sánchez was great. Unfortunately, the billing department has been a nightmare for me. I have been after a refund for the last four months calling every other week. The billing department has been escalated my calls. They say the will call back but never do. I finally have to talk to the manager in Dr. Sanchez’s office who has been no help. Super rude. He doesn’t listen, he talks over me, and give me excuses after excuses of why he didn’t know about this and that my refund will take 30 to 60 more days. He finally hung up the phone on me. Completely unacceptable!!!

Appointment was running late, but when I saw Dr Sanchez I had her full attention. She really listens extremely well. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Dr Sanchez rushed through my appointment without listening to me or looking at my previous lab work I brought. She looked at her computer 90% not the visit, rattled off all these tests she wanted me to do and within less than 10 minutes I was walking out of there more confused than I was going in! Now weeks later she’s been sitting on my new lab work results, I’ve spoke to her assistant Jessie several times trying to get Dr Sanchez to tell me if yes I do have celiac or not as the report reads, and my calls go unanswered for 4 days. I have never had a dr make me feel so alone in a time of need in my life!

Knowledgeable and friendly, although wait was longer than expected. Dr. Sanchez doesn't make you feel rushed and takes the time to explain in detail the treatment offered. She takes time to listen to you and answer any questions.

Dr. Sanchez was through, understanding, and compassionate. She took the time to listen to what I was experiencing and access what steps needed to be taken to assist in my road to recovery. She was not dismissive. Which has been my experience with many of the medical practitioners here in GA. I would highly recommend her.
