Dr. Laemmle is the most professional, kind and hand's on Dr. I've ever had. I always feel like I'm in safe hands under her care. I feel lucky to have her managing my healthcare.

Nothing against Dr. Laemelle at all, but her front desk staff are rude and obnoxious. My appointment for 9/13 at 1:15pm was cancelled 30 minutes before hand, I had made this appointment weeks in advance and it was extremely important. The front desk lady gave my appointment to someone else even when I had called a full 30 minutes before my appointment to confirm. She was rude nasty and laughed did not care at all. Again nothing against Dr Laemelle she is a wonderful doctor, but who I talked to today from the front desk should be fired. Extremely dissapointed, have been coming here for years.

Smartest Doctor I've Ever Been a Patient Of
I have been a patient of Dr. Laemmle's for approximately ten years and am so pleased with her knowledge, understanding, and bedside manner. She always devotes more time to me than I ever expect listening to my questions about the illness at hand and continually she suggests many ways of treatment (from holistic to medicinal). I can honestly say I have recommended her to about 30 friends over the years--something I have never done before regarding a doctor. I'd venture to say that she is the best physician you will encounter.

What is our true value
Great listener when it comes to your medical needs and is willing to try different meds to get optimal health results but that is where it ends meaning horrible staff with no follow up calls especially in times if you're really sick. the office only responds for refills other than that you either have to make an appointment or Telehealth visit and as someone already posted the office and rooms are a little claustrophobic. But please do not complain about these things because as I just found out the Dr wants you to be happy and no complaining allowed and will professionally tell you to find a Dr or group that actually cares. But I get it for a lot of us this is the world we live in;I'm still willing to bet that some though maybe few still care about the DR oath they took and not treat it as a business and that the mental as well as the physical, the patient should always comes first. So she is correct I need to find someone who actually cares after a crucial diagnosis with follow-up.

Dr. Laemmle is wonderful. However, her office manager is awful. The office manager is very rigid and uncaring. Talking to the office manager is the same as talking to a robot.

I would give her 5 stars if it wasn’t for her office staff and her actual office . She is wonderful, listens, and is a great dr. Her staff is generally awful to worse and her office is dingy. I overlook that because she is that good.

Dr. Laemmle is one of the best PCP as we found her since last 17 years . She is " very thorough" in procedural matters , Knowledgeable, always updates her with studies & new researches , which is a very important quality of a physician in this rapidly changing medical world to provide the best care to her patients . She is amicable, curious , friendly and respectful to patients while listening to them. She is good in follow up for after care as well. We recommended her to many of our friends.

Today, I was making an appointment for my grandmother. She is turning 97! The office first stated that Dr. Laemmle will be going on vacation, so I asked if I could make and appt and would call right back. I called four time with the answering service picking up every time. I do ally got through on the fifth call. The office staff was very rude. She stated there are no appts this week and the doctor is going on vacation, so you cannot make an appt. I replied, “ then what do I do for my grandmother, she is going to be 97?” The woman replied very rudely, “she cannot see Dr. Laemmle” I replied, “ we do I have to find a different Doctor?“ “She said “fine” and hung up. I do not know if Dr. Laemmle knows, but she lost a patient today. We are taking out care elsewhere! However, I cannot think that she does not know about her staff. Restaff your office. Or, put better training and consequences for these actions.

Firstly, the facility is very shabby and musty. The examination rooms and medical equipment are well worn. The receptionist was short tempered and not customer service oriented. I feel that this Doctor was very hands-off; she listened to your complaints and just prescribed meds. I really should have been given orders for cardio care, blood work ups, etc. I suspect this Docotr is more of a Researcher than a Family Practice Physician that truly cares for her patients.

Dr Laemmle is great to talk and takes time with each patient . Her office staff has always been awful, hard to reach by phone or timely with call backs. The office needs to be updated and her use of technology is lacking.

I absolutely loved Dr. Laemmle. But a doctor's practice is only as good as their front desk staff, and her front desk staff, is terrible. I would never wish them upon my worst enemies. Hire better staff, Dr. Laemmle.

My appointment was for Dr. Laemmle's late night (Wednesday), so there was a significant wait. Normally a long wait time would have irritated me but my irritation was quickly diminished once I met her and her staff. Never has a doctor spent so much time with me to get to know me, diagnose me and help me to be the best I can be health wise. I feel confident in saying I've finally found the right doctor for me. Her staff was friendly and helpful as well.
